We are seeking a highly motivated person with extensive experience in strategic planning for a temporary 3 month role starting in July.
Your objectives will be to ensure that land use planning within the City is in accordance with the objectives of the Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and to ensure that a framework of environmental planning instrument codes and policies is developed which reflects the aspirations and requirements of Council. You will also implement through the Development Assesment process the land planning principles as well as the codes and standards of the Council.

Essential Criteria
Sound working knowledge of Environmental Planning and Assessment Act 1979 and the Local Government Act 1993
Demonstrated experience in Strategic Planning
Demonstrated experience in Development Application processing |
